Meet Kelly

Kelly Vian is a Licensed Independent School Psychologist and the owner of Grams Psychoeducational Services. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults better understand how they learn, think, and process the world around them. Kelly believes that a comprehensive evaluation should do more than answer questions, it should help individuals recognize their strengths, understand their challenges, and provide a clear roadmap for future success.

A Passion for Helping Others Find Answers

Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Saint Francis before continuing her education there with a Master’s degree in School Psychology and a Specialist degree in School Psychology (PsyS). Her education provided a strong foundation in psychological assessment, learning, development, and evidence-based intervention while also fostering an appreciation for building services that are accessible and responsive to the needs of families.

Before becoming a school psychologist, Kelly spent two years providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, where she developed a deep appreciation for individualized intervention and the importance of understanding each person’s unique strengths and needs. She also serves as an adjunct psychology instructor, where she enjoys helping future professionals build their knowledge and confidence in the field of psychology.

Leading Grams Psychoeducational Services

Kelly spent six years working as a school psychologist in public education, including one year in another state, where she collaborated with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students with a wide range of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs. During her final year in the public schools, she also worked part-time at Grams Psychoeducational Services, allowing her to see firsthand the impact that timely, comprehensive private evaluations could have on individuals and families.

After experiencing the practice’s mission and values firsthand, Kelly became the owner of Grams Psychoeducational Services with the goal of continuing and expanding that mission. She is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based evaluations that help individuals and families better understand themselves while equipping them with practical recommendations and meaningful next steps.

Our Approach

At Grams Psychoeducational Services, every evaluation is designed around the individual—not just a diagnosis or test score. Kelly provides comprehensive assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, including evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, dyslexia, giftedness, developmental concerns, school readiness, and cognitive functioning.

She believes that no two evaluations should look exactly alike. Every report is individualized based on objective, evidence-based assessment results and includes clear explanations, personalized recommendations, and actionable strategies that families, schools, physicians, and workplaces can use to support success. By maintaining short wait times and taking a whole-person approach, Kelly strives to ensure that every client feels heard, understood, and empowered.
